SOSI P6 FedRamp Hosting Project

Work Performed:

SOSI required a fast response to staff that had been stalled on-site due to software acquisition delays from Ballad and VA base stakeholders who needed insight and the project moving.  Primavera Consultants provided a turnkey Oracle Primavera P6 solution that SOSI could simply PLUG-and-Play their existing Primavera P6 software as well as additional license  need which we were also able to provide through our Oracle reseller.  

Primavera Consultants  in less than 10 days provided a FedRamp Certified Hosting environment, P6 training tailoring curriculum training to SOSI needs as well as P6 consulting services defining project EPS, WBS, OBS, coding structures and other project configuration for the Virginia and Ballad Air Base team
