Our team began by developing a baseline, which included Monte Carlo Risk simulations to support scenarios for on-time and on-budget project delivery, extensive resource and cost loading, Weekly meetings presenting Schedule Update to Marathon and CM (Fluor), preparation of schedule narrative supporting schedule changes & impacts due to upstream subcontractor delays. Additionally our Primavera Consultants staffing team augmented our clients existing project controls staff lowering the clients cost and removing any learning curve for a new employee. Primavera Consultants assisted in managing project documentation: RFI, Change Order, Submittals and Daily reports and incorporated the materials into all current project schedules to ensure accurate project visibility and ball-in-court.
