Our Primavera Consultants First order of Business:

The Primavera Consultants Team needed to harmonize the schedule with Earn value (EV) being tracked in Excel and allow the Contractor’s staff to see the project impacts from a Current-State -VS- Future-State.   Utilizing Primavera P6 reporting, stacked histograms, resource profiles to forecast manpower requirements our team was able to develop a plan that both the Contractor and Owner could agree on.

Our Primavera Consultants Team helped mentor team members, walking them through all CPM related contract requirements and defining bi-weekly turnaround documents that would not burden Superintendents.

Primavera Consultants Team and their experience in Up-Stream and Down-Stream projects allow all parties to have confidence in the project plan.

Our Team remotely ran bi-weekly and then weekly project meetings between the Owner and Contractor to manage expectations and deliver transparency, establish accountability and reporting and track issues critical to the success of the project.
