Work Performed:

USACE required their contractor to secure primavera staffing from a provider with proven experience and past performance delivering both onsite client facing and remote Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling services in support of the SATCOM project.  Primavera Consultants was selected for its history of successful Primavera Scheduling services, its security clearance and experience with RMS/QCS ensuring a worry free P6 CPM Scheduling process for the contractor.

Primavera P6 Baseline development, complete resource and cost loading, risk management and monthly updates including schedule narrative, RMS & QCS mentoring and project control support for project stakeholder peace of mind on this highly complex project of over 12,000 line items of detailed work scope and activities.

Our monthly reports and updates provided project stakeholders with the peace of mind that the project was on track and that any issues that arises were being effectively managed. Overall, our Primavera services helped to ensure the successful delivery of this complex project.
