USACE Reclamation Project

The Primavera Consultants Team has support the GLDD team on many projects.  USACE required their contractor to secure primavera staffing from a provider with proven experience and past performance delivering both onsite client facing and remote Primavera P6 CPM Scheduling services.  Primavera Consultants is continually selected by the GLDD team to fulfill CPM scheduling requirements. Our history of successful Primavera Scheduling services, security clearance and experience with RMS/QCS ensure worry free P6 CPM Scheduling process for the project mangers and the contractor alike.

Primavera P6 Baseline development, complete resource and cost loading, risk management and monthly updates including schedule narrative, RMS & QCS mentoring and project control support for project stakeholder peace of mind on these highly complex projects.
